Right to Rectification (GDPR)
You have the right to request and to update of personal data information if it is inaccurate or incomplete. Please note that we can’t modify any invoices for previous months as all information already sent to local Tax office with original information provided.
Right to Erasure (GDPR)
This right doesn’t provide an absolute ‘right to be forgotten’. Each individual has the right to have personal data erased and to prevent processing in certain circumstances, where personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it is collected or processed originally. We can’t delete or remove issued or paid invoices because we need to provide that information to local tax office. The rest of information will be removed based on your request.
